Smiley I am very much surprised to know that this early, the scientific seminar schedule is already available online! ( Which just happened now but very much appreciated! )

To those who have done it this early... I personally thank you for the effort! The more we dentists are inspired and in the mood to attend the seminars...

Hope this will be a start of a more organized PDA Convention.

i had my pda id last april 2007, and it is due for a renewal this coming august 2010, but to my dismay, upon receiving my pda id, the plastic cover was removed and so goes my picture, my DM number and everything, our PDA ID should live for 3 years and i would like to present it, use it for 3 years also, but then how can we present that if it looks not presentable, may i ask that this coming convention, can we have a really ]PDA-WORTH ID?

 GREETINGS!!!

I hope that the authorities must check the area of NAPICO,ROSARIO,PASIG CITY  na kung saan meron  naniningil ng extraction  and per pontic of 100 pesos?

THANKS A LOT AND MORE POWER...!!!

My uncle,Dr. Freddie Sarita (dentist) and his family is one of the victims of Typhoon "Ondoy" at Tatalon, Quezon City. My uncle have 2 dental clinics located at Victory Ave. Tatalon, Quezon City and due to heavy rains last Septemebe 26, 2009, the clinics were flooded thus all the equipments and materials are destroyed. These 2 clinics are part of their bread and butter but because of this tragedy they may not have enough resources to sustain their daily needs considering that they have 3 kids to feed and their apartment is a wreck up to this point.

In this regard, i would like to request your association if you could provide assistance in rebuilding my uncle's clinics. Perhaps by giving donations, may it be in cash or in kind like dental equiptments and other materials, in order to help get them started again.  Any form of help will be highly appreciated...

Thank you for your kind attention regarding this matter...

You must setup your clinic first.
After that you can go to the Department of Trade and Industry to get a Business Name registered.
After that, you have to go to the City or Municipal Treasurer to pay for your PTR.
After that, you must go to the BIR Office near you. You have to get a TIN and register your business to them.
After Registering to the BIR, you need the permisson from them to print Official Receipts.
After the receipts, you have to pay them a monthly 10% Tax Witheld and 3% Percentage Tax of your monthly income. We are a NON-VAT Business, some BIR personnel insist that we are VAT.
You should also pay for the Annual Income tax.
I have to remind you, you must have a lot of patience in preparing these documents especially with the BIR.
Or you can get an accountant and pay a min of 700-1000 per month for the retainer fee which does not include the taxes and other processing fee.
Good Luck!

Hi! I am wondering since new by-laws were made and will be implemented, are there also new rules on documents to be completed in putting up a dental clinic? Can anyone please inform me if there are new documents needed? I am about to ask around, but if there's a list that can be provided on what necessary documents should be accomplished before putting up a dental clinic, it would be better. Or if there's no change with the requirements, can someone please post a list of what documents/papers should a dentist possess when he/she puts up a dental clinic.

Thanks and regards to all!
